Step 1: Get in Touch with Us

Start by reaching out to our team with any questions you may have about your portable building project. We’re here to provide answers and guide you in selecting the perfect Paco Modular Building for your needs.

Feel free to schedule an appointment to visit in stock units, where you can explore the various configurations we offer.

Step 2: Make Your Selections

Decide on the size and layout of your unit, including the placement of windows, doors, kitchen, bathroom, internal walls, and power points. You’ll also have the option to choose from a wide range of colors to suit your style.

Step 3: Place Your Order

Once you’re satisfied with your selections and the cost estimate, you can place your order. Your order will then enter our build queue.

Our lead time is typically under three months, and we’ll keep you informed of the timeline throughout the quoting process.

Step 4: Delivery & Installation

When your Paco Modular unit is ready, we’ll coordinate the delivery and installation. The process is straightforward, and our team is here to assist you with every detail.

Step 5: Plug ‘n’ Play

After delivery, all that’s left is to plug in your unit and add your personal touches. If your Paco Modular unit is delivered in the morning, you could be fully set up, moved in, and decorated by the afternoon.
